Kate Spade has to be smiling, knowing that she finally has a store in her hometown of Kansas City. I am sure many will agree it was long overdue. After attending the grand opening on Friday night, I can say that it was definitely worth the wait.
As soon as you walk into the front doors you are enveloped by the world of Kate Spade. Vibrant striped floors, chic mannequins, dazzling handbags, and jewelry displayed like candy greet you in the front of the store.
Who needs ruby slippers when you have these? I was dying over the beautiful shoes!
My friend Susan modeled this adorable plaid cape, just one of the many stunning clothing items. I was loving all of the bright jewel tones that filled the store. The party dresses are a must see! Perfect for any holiday soiree.
It was fun mixing and mingling with Kansas City Tastemakers like Jessie from Style and Pepper and Carrie and Morgan from Ampersand Design Studio.
